  For Products purchased on, in the event the User has any concern with the Product, the User shall inform within 48 Hours by raising a complaint at or call on the phone no. displayed on the site for service related requests and queries. will process the return and refund process as per the return policy as specified in this section.

    In case of electronics (like Mobile, fridge, TV, Washing Machine etc.), return can be made only if  the Product delivered is in non working condition or if there are no service centres near the location of the User buying the Product in relation to the faulty/ non-working electronic Products


However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.

We will also not be able to accept the return if product

·         Is used/worn or altered

·         Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

·         Is returned without original packaging and accessories

·         Serial Number is tampered.

·         All innerwear products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 48 (Forty Eight) hours as specified above.
  • In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.
  • Electronics, Industrial goods and innerwear.
  • If the Product is damaged by the User buying the Product, in any manner as may be determined by at its sole discretion.
  • If Product has been used by the User buying the Product.
  • If Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.


If we arrange the pickup of your product, you don't need to pay anything. If you are using a courier service to send your product back, you need to bear the courier cost. However, we will reimburse you the courier charges up to Rs.200 in the form of saleking points.

After your order is picked from your place, within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from us specifying the tracking details using which you can track the package on courier’s website. You can track the status of your return request at order too.

We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center. For refunds it takes up to 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have received the product. However, if the refund is in saleking points, the amount is immediately transferred to your account. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not mentioned the order number on the package. 

For COD orders refund would be done in form of or the eligible amount would be credited via NEFT/RTEGS. NEFT/RTEGS details must be submitted/provided by the user against the order id under the "My Account" section on the website.

In Case of Faulty electronics product, buyers need to contact nearest service centre for repair/ replacement. All electronics and Precious Jewellery products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact. Any item returned showing signs of wear or engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
